Perhaps the pressure of the bra is also, and perhaps occasionally receiving the dream.
Scratch beneath the breasts (in particular) can during sleep also cause this problem.

I can not understand how a bra can do perfect fit ... Capillaries explosion, overweight you need in the area of skin, suggesting that their support is not a perfect fit.
Maybe you should have checked the size of your bra ... Many companies are free to do so (eg, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams).
It is also the support that it is one with a tire? I never could wear them without damaging the cable.
